The swimming pool facility is one of the great benefits to living in the Bonnyview neighborhood. The pool facility was constructed in 2004 and is comprised of a 26,000-gallon pool (with a depth range of 3.5 feet to 5 feet), an 600-gallon hot tub and bathroom facilities. Both pools are lighted and heated.
POOL SEASON / HOURS OF OPERATION
The pool is open approximately 101 days each year from Saturday on Memorial Day weekend (in May) through Labor Day (first Monday in September).
The pool is open 7 days a week from 9:00am to 9:00pm every day during the pool season.
ACCESS TO THE POOL
Access to the pool is restricted to residents and their guests. Each household is issued one key FOB that provides access to the clubhouse and pool. Residents cannot access the clubhouse and pool area without a key FOB.
GUEST USAGE OF THE POOL
Each household within the District may accompany up to four Guests to the pool. Residents must accompany their Guests at the pool at all times. If Residents desire to accompany more than four Guests at the pool, they must submit their request to the District Manager. Under direction from the Board, the District Manager will grant/deny such requests.

CONDITIONS RESTRICTING ACCESS TO POOL
Residents and their Guests who violate pool rules and policies may have their pool use privileges suspended by the Board. Those who enter the pool area when their pool privileges are suspended will be considered trespassing and will be referred by the District to the Commerce City police.
NO POOL LIFEGUARD
The pool is not monitored by lifeguards. Residents and their Guests must use the pool at their own risk.
CHILDREN AT THE POOL
Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
(18 years or older) at all times.
SEVERE WEATHER
If severe weather is occurring at the pool or is in near proximity to the pool, users of the pool must leave the gated pool area. Severe weather includes, but is not limited to lightning, thunder, rain, severe winds, tornadoes and hail.
POOL CAPACITY
The maximum number of individuals allowed in the pool area is 36 (per Tri-County Health Department ordinances).
TRESPASSING
Individuals accessing the pool area outside of normal pool operating hours and days and without authorization from the Board are deemed to be trespassing on private property--an offense punishable under Commerce City's municipal code.
