The District's clubhouse is one of the great benefits to living in the District. The facility was constructed in June 2006 and is comprised of an exercise room, kitchen, living room, meeting room, office and separate men's and women's bathrooms.  Outside the clubhouse is a swimming pool and hot tub. The clubhouse may be rented by residents for private events.
EXERCISE FACILITIES / HOURS OF OPERATION The exercise facilities in the clubhouse are open 24/7 to residents.  The following equipment is included in the facility: 2 treadmills 1 spinning machine 1 stair climber 3 weight machines Residents agree to use the exercise machines at their own risk. Residents may accompany no more than one Guests in the exercise facility.

Conditions Restricting Access to clubhouse

Residents, their Guests and/or Season Pass Holders who violate pool rules and policies may have their pool use privileges suspended by the Board.  In addition, Residents will also be restricted from accessing the pool if either (1) their account balance owed to the District is greater than $75 or (2) an open covenant violation at the fourth stage or greater exists on their property.  Those who enter the pool area when their pool privileges are suspended will be considered trespassing and will be referred by the District to the Commerce City police.

Children at the clubhouse

Children 12 years old and  younger must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times. Adults must notify the Gate Attendant of those children over which the adults are assuming responsibility.

Residents who are 16 or 17 years old may accompany one guest at least 16 years of age at the pool.

clubhouse Capacity

Although more than 64 people are allowed within the gated area of the pool, the maximum number of individuals allowed in the pool is 64.

Trespassing

Individuals accessing the clubhouse or pool area outside of normal operating hours and days and without authorization from the Board are deemed to be trespassing --an offense punishable under Commerce City's municipal code.
